Create a typographic installation in a selected space on the Graphic Design floor of the Richmond Building at Western Michigan University. The first goal of this project is to develop the installation based on two randomly assigned design-related websites. We decided to reject some of the ideas of the website that was based on the 10 principles of good design–Good design is long lasting and is as little as possible. As for what we decided to say, we were inspired by a quote by Makoto Fujimura, “A culture that downplays the pursuit of beauty also loses its appetite for Truth and Goodness.”
